A. Public Nuisance: The holding of any assembly in violation of any provisions or conditions contained in this chapter shall give cause to the county to seek injunctive relief for creation of a public nuisance, said action to be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
B. Violation; Penalty: Any person who wilfully, knowingly and intentionally violates any condition upon which he is granted a permit under this chapter or wilfully, knowingly and intentionally violates the prohibition against sale, consumption or possession of intoxicating beverage in violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be fined in a sum not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00) and may be confined in jail for a period of not more than six (6) months. Either or both such fine and imprisonment may be imposed. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 24, 6-28-1974; amd. 1996 Code; Ord. 195, 5-21-2007)
