3-1-7: SALE BY STATE LIQUOR STORES OR DISTRIBUTING STATIONS:

A. Based on the authority granted by Idaho Code section 23-308(1), sale or delivery of liquor in, on, or from the premises of any state liquor store or distributing station in Twin Falls County is allowed on any Sunday which does not fall on Christmas Day. (Ord. 195, 5-21-2007)
