A. It shall be unlawful to sell, offer for sale, give away, consume or permit or allow to be consumed, any liquor upon any licensed premises during the following days and hours:
1. Any day between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. to ten o'clock (10:00) A.M.
2. On any day of a state, county or city general or special election until after the time polls are closed.
B. Based on the authority granted by Idaho Code section 23-927(2), sale of liquor on a licensed premises shall be allowed on Sundays, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and in accordance with the provisions set forth in subsection A of this section. (Ord. 199, 8-1-2007)
