COUNTY PARKS: All county property intended by design for public use as a recreation or entertainment area. County parks shall include, but not be limited to, those recreational or entertainment places commonly known as:
Balanced Rock park
Centennial park
Drexler park (Salmon dam recreation site)
Filer fair grounds
Murtaugh Lake park
Rock Creek Canyon park
Twin Falls Waterfront park (Murtaugh)
COUNTY PROPERTY: All real property owned, controlled, managed in whole or in part by Twin Falls County.
INTOXICATING BEVERAGE: Any and all beverages containing a sufficient percentage of alcohol that its sale is controlled or regulated by state statute to include, but not be limited to, beer, wine, rum, brandy, and other forms of liquor. (Ord. 24, 6-28-1974; amd. 1996 Code; Ord. 195, 5-21-2007)
