2-3-11: AMENDMENTS:

Under the authority of the county commissioners of Twin Falls County the county tree board reserves the right to alter and amend any and all portions to the Twin Falls County tree ordinance and future community forest master plans. All appropriate and legal steps will be followed for any such changes as pursuant to Idaho law and Twin Falls County codes. (Ord. 197, 6-18-2007)
