The county parks and all other county property with growing trees will be kept to the same minimum standards for tree care referenced the International Society of Arboriculture ANSI300 standards in section 2-3-7 of this chapter. The Twin Falls County commissioners will promote the education of a certified arborist to implement proper tree care programs and make recommendations for all county and tree board issues.
