This chapter shall apply to all property in Twin Falls County located outside the designated boundaries of those communities with tree city USA status, including Twin Falls, Kimberly, Buhl and Filer, but will not apply to land held under federal trust, state trust, historical sites nor Indian owned land. As other city tree ordinances are approved within Twin Falls County, local authority and jurisdiction will take precedence within those cities. (Ord. 197, 6-18-2007)
