The agreement shall be effective from and after execution by the chairmen of the boards of commissioners of the three (3) member counties. Each county shall forthwith adopt an ordinance approving the agreement, which ordinance shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "B" attached to Ordinance 136, which exhibit is incorporated herein by this reference. The number of each such ordinance and the date of adoption shall be noted in the place indicated below. (Ord. 136, 1-29-1996)
