2-2-9: AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT:
This agreement adopted pursuant to the Ordinance codified in this Chapter may be amended by an executed addendum, approved by resolution duly adopted by the board of commissioners of each member county. (Ord. 136, 1-29-1996)
