Twin Falls County hereby ratifies, affirms, and adopts the Coordinated Water Resource Management Plan for the Middle Snake River (Plan) in the form attached to Ordinance 136 as Exhibit "A", which exhibit is fully incorporated herein by this reference. (Ord. 136, 1-29-1996; 1996 Code)
