8-1-9: MAINTENANCE OF MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
No lot dimensions of areas, yards or off street parking area existing on or after the effective date amendment hereof shall be reduced below the minimum requirements of this title. (Ord. 21, 12-1-1998)
