8-1-8: SEVERABILITY:

If any term or section of this zoning code is held to be illegal, invalid, unconstitutional, or unenforceable, that finding shall not undermine the validity of the remaining portions of the ordinances, which are severable and shall remain valid. (Ord. 286, 8-19-2024)
