This title shall consist of the text hereof of the chairman of the county planning and zoning commission and by the appropriate signatures of the board of county commissioners, and marked and designated as the maps of the county zoning ordinance, which maps of Twin Falls County are now filed in the office of the recorder of Twin Falls County, said ordinance and each and all of its terms are to be read and interpreted in light of the provisions of said maps. For the purpose of administration and enforcement, the zoning maps in the office of the county planning and zoning administration shall be considered as official zoning maps. Any and all amendments to the official zoning map shall also be made on the zoning maps in the office of the county planning and zoning administration at the time the amendment is filed with the county recorder.
