A. An application shall be submitted for consideration of an agricultural building exemption. The application shall contain the following information:
1. The property owner's name, address and telephone number.
2. Location, address and parcel number of the proposed building site.
3. Building description to include building dimensions and proposed use.
4. Site plan showing the proposed location of the building or structure, existing buildings or structures, property lines, roads, utility easements, compliance with building setbacks, etc.
B. The application shall be submitted to the zoning administrator for consideration, and it will be reviewed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The zoning administrator will then either grant or deny the request. (Ord. 173, 10-20-2004)
