7-3-3: ELIGIBILITY:
The exemption for some classifications of agricultural buildings from building permits shall only apply to agricultural buildings on five (5) acres or more, or that are less than three hundred (300) square feet on property less than five (5) acres. (Ord. 173, 10-20-2004)
