7-3-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to provide an exemption for some classifications of agricultural buildings from building permits, provide a definition for agricultural buildings, and to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare. (Ord. 173, 10-20-2004)
