6-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this Chapter, the following shall mean:
ROLLER AND IN-LINE SKATES: Any device designed to be worn on the foot with wheels or rollers and which is designed to be propelled by human power. This definition includes those devices commonly known as in-line skates.
SKATEBOARD: Any device with wheels or rollers attached to a platform designed for standing on and which is designed to be propelled by human power. (1996 Code)
