A. Restrictions: Citation and conviction of violation of any of the following subsections shall be a misdemeanor. The penalty shall be a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 116, 4-27-1992; amd. 1996 Code)
1. A no wake speed shall be maintained from Auger Falls to a point six hundred feet (600') upriver from the launching area. A buoy marks measured area.
2. A speed of not more than twenty five (25) miles per hour shall be maintained upriver from the marker buoy.
3. No water skiing is permitted on river waters accessible from Centennial Waterfront park.
4. It is unlawful to obstruct the launching ramp for more than a reasonable time to load or unload watercraft.
5. No swimming is allowed in the area of Centennial Waterfront park.
6. No motor powered personal skis are allowed in the river waters accessible from Centennial Waterfront park.
B. Compliance With Statute: Idaho Code title 67, chapter 70, the safe boating act, will be enforced at all times. (Ord. 116, 4-27-1992)
