A. Procuring From Animal Shelter: For any animal that is procured from the city animal shelter, the appropriate fee designated by said city animal shelter must be paid. Said fee shall be maintained in a trust account to be administered by the People for Pets Humane Society and used for the care and control of County dogs.
B. Adoption Fees: Any County resident who adopts a dog within the control of the People for Pets Humane Society under the auspices of the City shall pay an adoption fee in the amount as set by the People for Pets Humane Society. Said fee shall be maintained in a trust account to be administered by the People for Pets Humane society and used for the care and control of County dogs.
C. License Fees: Any dog found in the County and brought to the impoundment facilities within the city shall be licensed prior to the dog's release. The license fee shall be set by the People for Pets Humane Society. The fees shall be maintained in a trust account to be administered by the People for Pets Humane Society and used for the care and control of County dogs. (Ord. 133, 6-26-1995)
