5-3-2: DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS IN TWIN FALLS COUNTY PARKS:

It is unlawful for any person, subject to the exceptions contained in Idaho Code section 18-3302J, to discharge a firearm while in a Twin Falls County park or into a Twin Falls County park or park located within Twin Falls County. (Ord. 238, 8-29-2014)
