§ 161.02 JURISDICTIONAL AUTHORITY.
   When terms such as MUNICIPALITY, NAME OF JURISDICTION, AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION, and ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY are used in these code documents, such terms shall mean the City of Tuscola, Douglas County, Illinois.
