§ 157.055 ANIMATED, CHANGING COPY AND IMAGE SIGNS.
   No sign shall be permitted which is animated or changes by means of flashing, blinking, animation or a changing image that wipes, fades, flashes, or any other means not providing constant illumination, except those permitted by § 157.048(C) and (D).
