§ 155.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "TRAILER COACH" or "MOBILE HOME." Any vehicle or similar portable structure used or so constructed as to permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling place for one or more persons. Any such structure resting in whole on a permanent foundation, with wheels, tongue, and hitch permanently removed shall not be construed as a trailer coach or mobile home.
