(A) Violations of this chapter shall carry a penalty of not less than $5 per lot per day of violation nor more than $500 per lot per day of violation.
(B) The City attorney may commence a court action to enforce the provisions of this chapter or to collect any penalty not voluntarily paid by the violator of this chapter and may also seek court costs and attorney's fees, where applicable. Any judgment may be recorded as a lien against the property or properties not in compliance with this chapter. In addition, the City Attorney may seek an injunction or court order requiring compliance with this chapter or an order that no further development occur on the property or properties at issue until there is compliance with this chapter. Nothing in this chapter is meant to preclude the city from exercising any right or seeking any other remedy, penalty, cause of action, or order allowable under law.
