§ 154.66 FIRE PROTECTION.

(A) Fire hydrants meeting the City of Tuscola Design and Construction Standards shall be provided by the subdivider in all subdivisions with public water supplies.

(B) Fire hydrant spacing shall meet the requirements of the Fire Code and the approval of the City of Tuscola Fire Chief prior to final plat approval.
