The "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction," the "Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Main Construction in Illinois," and the "Standard Specifications for Traffic Control Items" shall govern subdivision and street improvements unless otherwise provided in this chapter. Where conflicts among these standards are not resolved in these regulations, the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction" shall take precedence.
