§ 154.31 RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATIONS.
   (A)   When the subdivider owns the land on both sides of a proposed street, the entire right-of-way for the street shall be dedicated by the subdivider.
   (B)   When the subdivider owns the land on only one side of an existing street, the existing right-of-way of which is narrower than that required by these regulations or the Comprehensive Plan, the subdivider shall dedicate additional right-of-way which lies between the centerline of the existing right-of-way and the outside edge of the additional right-of-way equal to at least one-half of the required right-of-way width.
   (C)   Subdividers shall dedicate right-of-way for streets and alleys, in accordance with the standards provided by ordinance or the Comprehensive Plan.
   (D)   Minimum right-of-way requirements for cul-de-sacs are set forth in § 154.32 of these regulations.
