§ 151.99 PENALTY.

No person shall do any work or perform any of the operations prescribed in any section of this chapter without procuring and having in force the permit required by the Electrical Department. Any person who fails or refuses to allow inspection or who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punished as provided in § 10.99.
