Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter may be forthwith evicted from the parks, park facilities and other places under control of the city. Any person having more than one violation of this chapter within any calendar year shall be suspended from use of the park and from entering or remaining upon the property constituting the city park for the balance of that calendar year.
