All parks of the city shall be closed to the public from 11:00 p.m., prevailing local time, until 7:00 a.m., prevailing local time, on the following morning Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:59 to 7:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday. All persons, except employees of duties require their presence, shall leave the parks promptly at closing time and shall not return before 7:00 a.m. the following day, unless permission for extended use has been obtained from the City Administrator in the manner provided in § 138.13 of this code. As an exception to the foregoing, Festive Corner shall be closed to the public from 9:00 p.m. prevailing local time until 7:00 a.m. prevailing local time on each day of the week.
