§ 121.07 HOMEOWNER DOING OWN WORK.
   The owner or occupant of a single dwelling house may, with the assistance of any member of his family or household, personally carry on in the house any work governed by the warm-air heating code without a certificate of registration; provided the owner shall obtain a permit for such work and shall call for inspection as provided.
