Upon recommendation of the Health Officer, any restaurant license may be revoked by the Mayor for repeated violation of the provisions of this chapter or for any substantial violation of any ordinance provision relating to the conduct of the business, the condition of the premises, the article sold, or to the license required. Revocations may be appealed to City Council.
