The agent of a foreign fire insurance company shall at the time of making the report described in § 116.02, pay to the City Treasurer 2% of the gross receipts of the corporation, company, or association, obtained as premiums for effecting or issuing fire insurance within the corporate limits of the city as specified in § 116.01.
