§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   If, in the opinion of the Electrical Inspector, any registered electrical contractor or serviceman willfully or repeatedly violates any of the provisions of this chapter, the Electrical Inspector shall submit charges against the offending registered electrical contractor or serviceman to the Electrical Commission. The Electrical Commission shall immediately conduct a fair hearing, after which, if found guilty by a majority vote, the registered electrical contractor or serviceman shall be deemed guilty of violating this chapter and the applicable certificate of registration shall be deemed null and void. Any unexpired registration fee shall be retained by the city. No person whose registration has been hereunder declared null and void may apply for a new registration for a period of a year after such declaration. The provisions of this section are in addition to those of § 10.99.
