§ 114.21 TAMPERING WITH CATV EQUIPMENT.

A person who willfully or maliciously damages, or causes to be damaged, any wire, cable, conduit, apparatus or equipment of a grantee, or who taps, tampers with, or connects any wires or device to a wire, cable, conduit or equipment of a grantee with intent to obtain a signal or impulse therefrom without authorization of the grantee, shall be fined up to $500.
