§ 113.16 SUBSTITUTIONS FOR ARTICLES PURCHASED.

Any auctioneer who exhibits and offers for sale at auction any article, and induces its purchase by any bidder, and who afterwards substitutes any article in lieu of that offered to and purchased by the bidder, shall forfeit his license and be punished as provided in § 10.99.
