§ 113.09 APPROVAL OF LICENSE BY CITY COUNCIL.
   The application for a license and the inventory required by § 113.08 shall be filed with the City Clerk at least 30 days prior to the granting of the license. The City Council must authorize the issuance of such license by the City Clerk.
