§ 96.04 ADOPTION OF TUSCOLA URBAN FORESTRY GUIDELINES.
   The "Tuscola Urban Forestry Guidelines," attached to Ordinance 2002-0-8 as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference thereto, is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out herein, and as it may hereafter be amended.
