§ 90.07 DISTURBING QUIET; BITING.
   Any vicious, dangerous, or fierce animal, or any animal which in any manner disturbs the quiet of any person or neighborhood, or any animal which bites a person, or injures a person, so as to cause an abrasion, laceration, or puncture of the skin of such person, is declared to be a nuisance and such animal shall be taken up and impounded as hereinafter provided.
