SCHEDULE VIII: EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any vehicle to remain parked in any parking area so designated by ordinance as an emergency vehicle parking area, other than a vehicle used by a firefighter, police officer, public works employee, emergency medical technician, or other emergency services provider in response to an emergency.
   (B)   Any vehicle so parked in violation of this schedule shall be towed and may be reclaimed on payment of any towing and storage fees, if any.
   (C)   The following areas are hereby designated as emergency vehicle parking areas.

A 20-foot wide strip along the east side of Chicago Avenue between Pembroke Street and Sale Street, beginning at the north property line of the Police and Fire Station located at 204 North Parke Street, and ending at the south property line of said Police and Fire Station.
