Motor vehicles are prohibited from parking at all times in that area of Ervin Park in the city, generally designated the “horseshoe” and being that portion of Ervin Park embraced within the area bounded by the main paved street which begins at the entrance to the park running northward to the area immediately north of the bandstand, where the roadway proceeds in an east and west direction and then continues in a southerly direction to the exit of the park.
