(A) Any person who violates any provision of this title for which a penalty is not otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $500.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of § 70.17 shall pay a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $100, and, in addition, pay any cost or charges connected with the removal or storage of any motor vehicle authorized to be removed or stored under this section.
