§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, partnership, or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty set forth in the section prohibiting the conduct violated, and in those cases where no penalty is provided, the penalty shall be not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues, plus the provisions of this chapter may be enforced by relief at law or in equity.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 53.15 shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 for each violation. Each day a violation persists shall constitute a separate violation and shall carry its own fine. Notwithstanding any other remedies available at law, the attorney for the City of Tuscola shall have authority to institute a court action seeking fines, an injunction, a court order, or another other recourse available at law to remedy the violation of § 53.15.
