(B) In addition to the prohibitions set forth in § 51.21 and § 51.22, the pretreatment standard for incompatible pollutants introduced into a treatment works by a major contributing industry, shall be that established by a promulgated effluent limitations guideline defining the best practicable control technology currently available pursuant to sections 301(b) and 304(b) of the Act. Compliance with pretreatment standards shall be as provided for by the Act and subsequent rules and regulations as promulgated by the Administrator.
