§ 35.58 BIDDING PROCEDURES ON CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT.

In obtaining competitive quotations for certificates of deposit, at least three qualified institutions will be contacted each time an investment is placed. In no instance shall an investment be placed without the authority of the City Treasurer.
