§ 35.51 SCOPE.

This investment policy applies to all investment activities of the city. All financial assets of the following funds, as well as any other funds that may be created, shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this policy:

(A) General Fund.

(B) Special Revenue Funds.

(D) Capital Project Funds.

(E) Enterprise Funds.

(F) Any new fund created by Council, unless specifically exempted by Council.
