§ 34.13 REVIEW OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   The Mayor may, at such time as he thinks necessary, order a general review or exercise of the Fire Department. The Mayor shall direct the details of such review and issue his orders therefor to the Chief of the Fire Department.
