§ 34.12 FEE FOR SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY.
   The fee for responding to calls for service by the Fire Department to points outside the city limits shall be $500 for each call to which the city Fire Department may respond. This fee is to be assessed against the owner of the property on whose account the call was made.
