§ 34.10 SUMMONING ASSISTANCE.
   The officer in command of the Fire Department at any fire or emergency shall have the authority to summon any able-bodied citizen to render any necessary assistance in suppressing a fire or mitigating an emergency. Any person who shall neglect or refuse to render such assistance, when summoned so to do by any officer as aforesaid, shall be punished as specified in § 10.99.
