§ 34.07 DUTIES IN ABSENCE OF CHIEF.

The Assistant Fire Chief and other officers of the Department, in the absence of the Chief, shall be the commanding officers of the Fire Department, in order of their rank, and shall have control of all fire apparatus of the city, and shall be responsible for such apparatus as Chief.
